بازآفرینی فضاهای شهری پیرامون مدارس شهر مشهد با رویکرد خیابان مدرسه

چکیده

محیط‌های پیرامون مدارس از جمله فضاهای شهری حساس به شمار می‌روند که کیفیت آن‌ها تأثیر مستقیمی بر ایمنی، آسایش و تجربه روزمره دانش‌آموزان و ساکنان محله دارد. با این حال، در بسیاری از شهرهای ایران، این فضاها تحت سیطره حرکت سواره قرارگرفته و کمتر به عنوان مکان‌های شهری ایمن و قابل حضور موردتوجه بوده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی امکان بازآفرینی فضاهای پیرامون مدارس شهر مشهد با رویکرد «خیابان مدرسه» انجام‌شده است. روش تحقیق به صورت ترکیبی و شامل مطالعات نظری، بررسی نمونه‌های موردی و پیمایش میدانی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که میزان پذیرش شهروندان نسبت به مؤلفه‌های این رویکرد قابل‌توجه است؛ به طوری که بیش از ۷۱ درصد با محدودسازی ترافیک، حدود ۸۷ درصد با اصلاح مبلمان شهری و بیش از ۶۷ درصد با اقدامات آرام‌سازی ترافیک موافقت داشته‌اند. همچنین، ۷۵ درصد پاسخ‌دهندگان اختصاص فضا برای فعالیت‌های بازی-آموزشی و بیش از ۸۶ درصد ساماندهی پارک خودرو و سرویس مدارس را ضروری دانسته‌اند. در مقابل، میزان موافقت با برخی مؤلفه‌ها از جمله مسیرهای ویژه دوچرخه (حدود ۵۷ درصد) و به ویژه مشارکت مستقیم شهروندان (حدود ۲۵ درصد) کمتر بوده است. افزون بر این، تنها حدود ۲۰ درصد پاسخ‌دهندگان وضعیت موجود را مستعد تحقق این رویکرد ارزیابی کرده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده شکاف میان پذیرش نظری و امکان‌پذیری عملی است. در مجموع، تحقق رویکرد خیابان مدرسه نیازمند مداخلات تدریجی، تقویت اعتماد عمومی و توسعه سازوکارهای مشارکت محلی است.
