تأثیر هوشمند سازی بر توسعه مقصدهای گردشگری شهری مطالعه موردی: شهر تهران

چکیده

هوشمند سازی به‌عنوان رویکردی نوین در توسعه شهری، تأثیرات چشمگیری بر مقصدهای گردشگری شهری دارد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه مقصد گردشگری هوشمند در شهر تهران و طراحی مدل روابط بین این عوامل انجام‌شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت، ترکیبی از دو رویکرد کیفی و کمی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی می‌باشد. در بخش کیفی، برای شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها با ۸ نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و کارشناسان صنعت گردشگری مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. در بخش کمی، داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه از ۹۰ نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان جمع‌آوری گردید که ۶۸ پرسشنامه معتبر بازگردانده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS3 انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد شش عامل کلیدی شامل فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، سیستم حمل‌ونقل هوشمند، خدمات گردشگری هوشمند، توانمندسازی اجتماعی-فرهنگی، مدیریت پایدار منابع و امنیت شهری هوشمند بر توسعه مقصد گردشگری هوشمند در تهران مؤثر هستند. کلیه روابط مستقیم در مدل، به‌جز روابط مستقیم توانمندسازی اجتماعی-فرهنگی و خدمات گردشگری هوشمند با توسعه مقصد، معنادار و تأیید شد. خدمات گردشگری هوشمند به‌طور غیرمستقیم از طریق سیستم حمل‌ونقل هوشمند بر توسعه مقصد تأثیر مثبت می‌گذارد. بیشترین ضریب مسیر مربوط به فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و کمترین تأثیر مربوط به خدمات گردشگری هوشمند است. با توجه به یافته‌ها، برای توسعه مقصدهای گردشگری هوشمند در تهران، توجه به فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است و سرمایه‌گذاری در این حوزه باید در اولویت قرار گیرد.
