تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر شهرهای هوشمند با تأکید بر کارایی انرژی

چکیده

مسئله انرژی یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها و موضوعات بحث‌برانگیز قرن حاضر در سراسر جهان است. با توجه به وضعیت کنونی نیاز شهرها به جست‌وجوی راه‌حل‌های هوشمند و پایدار برای مقابله با این چالش‌ها بسیار ضروری است، به‌ویژه در عصری که موجب ظهور شهرهای هوشمند شده است. علیرغم رشد روزافزون مطالعات پیرامون نقش شهرهای هوشمند در مدیریت انرژی، خلأ پژوهشی مشهودی در تدوین یک چارچوب جامع که ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر بهره‌وری انرژی تبیین نماید، به چشم می‌خورد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف رفع این شکاف نظری، ضمن شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های کلیدی بهره‌وری انرژی، برای نخستین‌بار آن‌ها را در قالب یک چارچوب مفهومی جامع در سه سطح کلان، میانی و خرد طبقه‌بندی و ارائه می‌نماید. به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، از روش‌شناسی کیفی مبتنی بر مرور ادبیات استفاده کرده‌است. اطلاعات مرتبط با ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مربوط به کارایی انرژی در شهرهای هوشمند از مقالات منتخب استخراج گردیده‌است و علاوه بر مرور ادبیات، تجارب خارجی و داخلی نیز مورد بررسی واقع شده‌است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در مقیاس کلان، ابعاد (ساختار انرژی، نهاد سرمایه‌گذار، فضایی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، زیست‌محیطی، سیاسی، فنّاوری، نوآوری و کالبدی - فضایی)؛ در مقیاس میانی ابعاد (فنّی، کارکردی، کالبدی - فضایی، حمل‌ونقل، کیفیت محیطی، انرژی، روشنایی، سرزندگی و بازآفرینی شهری) و در مقیاس خرد ابعاد (مدل‌سازی، پایداری محیطی، انرژی، روشنایی، مصالح، محیط هوشمند و فرم کالبدی) از ابعاد مؤثر شهرهای هوشمند در راستای بهره‌وری انرژی هستند. دستاورد نهایی این پژوهش ارائه چارچوب مفهومی از ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های از شهرهای هوشمند با تأکید بر کارایی انرژی است.
